The service in the herkimer & ilion chains (ny.) are less thansatisfying. Not only is the service slow, when you want a condiment they want $.25 cents each more. when you bring it the aattention that a person uses difeerent tthings than ketchup on fries etc. they tell you that they are sorry and walk away. read full review »
