We were looking for the same day delivery. The woman on the phone promised us the same day delivery and this is the reason why we chose that company. Flowers were never delivered, we were never notified that there will be a delay. Bloomex does take your contact information, why not inform us. When i phoned them and said i want to cancel our order, they said they would charge us 25$ cancellation fee.
