I called in to cancel this service within the seven day period that they gave me to cancel. I received a letter stating that the service was still going to be charging my account even though I had already cancelled. The customer service rep that I spoke with on 7/5/10, Olivia, was extremely rude claiming that I couldn't cancel the service now because it was beyond the 7 day period, I asked to speak to a supervisor and she refused stating that she was the highest up in her department.
