I went in to get my glasses adjusted on Friday before the 4th of July holiday week-end. after 10 minutes, Kyle told me to sign in before i can get help. so, i signed in. then he got to my name and told me that he cant help me, that i would have to wait for bob or maria and for me to sit down. i guess he marked my name off and didnt tell the other 2 that i was next. so, several other people went ahead of me, then melissa came over to see if i need help, here again, same story, she couldn help me. why???? then i finally approached bob and told... read full review »
