I have a Lance Milan scooter purchased from Lance Power Sports, but there are no dealers here to help...I have a bouncing from the back wheel and need someone to call me with recommendations fix this problem...can 12" wheel be balanced? Could this simply be a badly made tire? Any other possibility? Have had some bouncing effect since purchasing last year, but now it is VERY noticeable..I need someone knowledgeable to call me. Cannot get Lancepowersports website with my computer..if anyone knows name and phone of dealers in upper NY state, please advise. read full review »
