We attained the services of ADT. 1 month later our home was broken into. The system failed to protect us. We chose ADT because of the rebate they offered; pay $300 installation fee and get $200 back within 4 to 6 weeks. Never ever got the check after multiple complaints. They have another gurantee that states ; If you are not happy within 6 months of ADT services we will refund all monotoring fees and installation. Adt will not honor that gurantee either.
