Remembering a phone call in which she rattling on and on about coupons, I said "no thank you, no thank you, no thank you". Obviously, they do not listen. Really frustrating when I see $39.99 taken out of my checking account. Total scam and watch out for anything claiming FREE on any web-site. In speaking with them, they first said the trial period of the first month is not refundable! I said I never authorized it and I need to be refunded.
