I purchsed a brand new DVD from blockbuster. The cashier assured me i could return it if it was defective. The transaction was very pleasant One of the dics did not work and when I tried to return it (same day, I live down the street) I was laughed at (RUDE!) and told I could not get a refund or exchange the now open DVD because I most likely burned it to my computer.
