This Travel service "Agoda" is really very tricky. Keep your hands off!!! Once you pay your money, you have no more right whatsoever. In several ways they trick you: (a) they say they have "Best Price Garantuee" but we found a better price and then they refuse with cheap excuses such as "the other offer was different because the cancellation policy is different".
