Please stay away from this product. It is the most uncomfortable exercise machine I have ever used. I finally figured out why my knees hurt so bad in the past few months. It's because of this awful machine. The knee holders are hard plastic and have done a number on me. The handle bars are so uncomfortable, I don't knowhow anyone could enjoy this thing.
