Was told explicitily this was to be a no cost loan - no roll over into loan etc.. Was told explicity that my $400 deposit would be refunded at closing -just needed to start things off.When I actually got the closing bundle with the facts that counted in addition to losing my $400 I had to pay an additional $1300.
