a charge appeared out of no where on my bank statement for a subscription to xbox live online games when i contacted the company they claim they were not able to locate the account thru the card # that was charged ten when i went to the bank t dispute the charges we called the micro soft billing dept again they told us we had to write a letter decribing the dispute and send it to the back office then we aked for an address or fax # to send the letter to after giving us more run around they claim they have no fax or address so now all i can do is file a police report . read full review »
