I called and asked how much it would cost to replace a tail light on my pontiac solstice (I purchased from them) The girl reassured me it was covered with my warranty and was free of charge and I could come in any time. I got there and the guy said they could do it in 20 min. 1 hour and a 56 dollar charge later I left and then realized they had stolen my brand new 100 dollar monster headphones out of my front seat. I dont know where to begin, paypal doesnt work so they harrass you that you didnt correctly make payment, even though I did through google. I recieved over a dozen emails. Then they never quoted me on repairs, they just did them and charged more than I would have payed but had to in order to get my 2 pairs of glasses back. Then I was harassed when I was about to order again and had the same paypal problem and realized it was the same company so I cancelled my order. I recieved the RUDEST emails from a Tony Russo.
