I was scheduled to have two extractions done on Monday June 17th. I arrived scared out my mind only to find that the Administrator (Shannon) had entered the wrong tooth numbers in the computer (should have been #8 and #7, not #8 and #9) When the assistant cornered the Administrator about the mistake her response was that it was the doctors fault which was not the truth.
