ICOR CANADA - They started calling about two months back from an 800 number. When I would answer it in an annoyed voice, I can hear them in the background, but they don't answer. They were calling 2 to 3 times a day every day. Finally today they called me at 7:29 a.m., I answered and they started trying to tell me I owed some company money which I have never even dealt with let alone heard of.
