While their prices are attractive, I have received merchandise that was defective and the return process is slow and painful. Customer service is less than helpful, even if you have tracked and traced your return by their parcel carrier they will tell you over and over and over again that they have not received the item yet. I know they know what/how to track and trace but unless you insist that they log into their parcel carrier's website and confirm they received the package they will blow you off. Even after they acknowledge the return it can take up to 15 days to get your money credited to you. read full review »
