I ordered my wedding dress and one of my bridesmaid dresses, the other order a few days later.They did not process her order due to their error, so they told her to order it again, so she did. The second time they did not process the order again. They admitted it was their fault again. Yet they refuse to pay for expedited shipping so she will get the dress in time for the wedding. The live chat people are absolutely no help. so now i have a bridesmaid with no dress!! They gave us the run around for two weeks. No manager was ever there to help with the problem.
