Kay Jewelers
Four years ago I got engaged to someone, and he got me a ring. Kay Jewelers had informed us that the ring had real topaz and diamond chips, and that it was 15 karat gold. I was informed from 3 jewelry specialists that it was not 15 karats, but 10, and that there were no diamonds in it whatsoever.
