We ordered tickets on Jet Combo, for my wife and daughter to go from Seattle to Russia, jetcombo gave us an itinerary, and tried to buy tickets for us twice and canceled our tickets twice. If they are using our credit card to purchase the flights, and the credit card company is not allowing the purchase, then why didn't a Jet Combo rep call us, or even email us, to fix this problem???
