On Monday July 5th I went to the Ft Walton Beach, Fl Kmart and purchased 4 plants. The price wrang up incorrectly $3.88 should have been $2.99. The young man in the garden dept called for assist at least 5 times no personnel responded. I paid the full price for the plants and I am upset to say the least. It is plain to see that there is lack of respect for me the customer and poor management. I feel Kmart owes me money and a letter of apology. This is rude. I paid the full price after waiting 30min.
