I'm doing a school project on Walmart; my assignment is to write about their organizational culture. I picked Walmart (instead of other companies) because I knew they had an ethics policy. So I have been researching a bit, found some people like Walmart. Then I found this site...my goodness. I'll state in my project that the only reason i would work there is to be a manager, so at least the store that I'll be working at will be ran correctly. read full review »
