In August 2009 a representative from Care credit contacted my medical office and told my receptionist that we would no longer be allowed to accept Care Credit at our office because I was not Board Certified. I have called many times since then to speak with someone in management but have not been succesful in my limited time. I would like to know why this decission was made and how it came about being made and who is responsible for the handling of this situation. read full review »
