As a follow up to this complaint, as it turns out there was a breakdown in comunication on my part. I would like to retract my complaint about this company and any negative impact it may have had on any involved parties. Global Royalties has been very straight forward and fair with my account, and has handled it with great care. The complaint was put forth as I was under a lot of strain from family situations and was not familiar with the actions involved in moving gem stones.
