On 3/16/2010 I took my Toyota 4Runner to Precision Tune located at 2740 Wesley Chapel Rd., Decatur, GA 30034 for check engine light diagnosis & repair. After diagnosis, I was told that the problem was a bad - O2 Sensor Bank 1. The repair was performed and I was charged $362.59, which I paid. There was one year warranty on part and labor. 2 months later, the car failed Georgia Emission Inspection. We took the car to a mechanic for diagnosis.
