Chase On Line Banking system has a processing PROBLEM. I have regularly used ONLINE banking since 2007. The WAMU system has successfully processed payments and the Chase system has not. On July 2nd, 2010, I authorized 6 online payments on at 10:42 am. Chase reauthorized the same payments again at 10:47am. Chase deducted the payments from my account twice, once at 10:42 and again at 10:47, Funny, I only authorized payment once.
