I purchased a part from Sears Parts Direct yesterday I selected the Expedite shipping method assuming the part would be delivered the next day. Apparently in Sears world expedite means 2- 3 days or longer. I could have purchase my part from 50 other retailers. Shame on me for trusting the sears name. read the following. dont be fooled send your business elsewhere. This unacceptable. I am home now and it is 6:45 pm.
