I would like to bring to the attention of the relevant authorities of Changi Airport terminal one regarding an unpleasant incident that took place on Tuesday, 6 July 2010, at Jetstar check-in counter Row 10 at approximately 2:10pm. The counter staff, Nasihah was extremely rude and unprofessional. As soon as she walked to the counter, she put on a sulky face and even ignored me when I greeted her.
