I have given my car, maruti esteem vxi at Aalianz automobiles workshop, A-24/4, Mathura Road, New-Delhi-110044 on 28/06/2010 for some repair work. Repair wok includes some denting and painting work. Denting work was completed by 01/07/2010. After that painting was to be done. But due to some reason, lift was not working because of which car could not be transferred to paint shop which is on the roof of the building. It took almost one week for the lift to get repaired.
