I've had AHS for well over 15 years and up until this particular incident have been mostly satisfied with the service they provided when called. The third week of May I awoke to water pouring through the ceiling of my son's bedroom from the the Central A/C unit located in the attic. I called American Home Shield, who sent out a contractor within a day. The contractor blew out the lines, stating that there was a blockage and left.
