I checked in on line and paid hotel fee on line. But when I check out, the front desk said I have to pay $16.79 ($14.99 service fee +tax)even I never used any service. The service fee list includes shuttle, gym, copy, notary and more. This hotel just want to fool customer. They attract with low rate but charge more when you leave. After service fee, it is very overpriced, with this price, I would live at a much beeter hotel. read full review »
