On July 14, 2009, I ordered 3 magazines from Delta. I have called many times b/c I have never received 2 of the 3 magazines - People and J-14. I even called People Magazine myself and they have no record of the order. When I last spoke w/them in Feb 2010, Mary said that I would receive a full refund on my credit card. As of yet, I have not received a refund nor the magazines. Now the phone calls go to a voicemail which is full. I have a copy of the receipt but it is in Adobe format which I cannot upload.
