Powersurfer(Reliance) have advertised and started a so called broadband connection which claims to be a 128 kbps connection, nowhere do they mention that it is shared in any way and if in fact it is they are unable or have not bothered to answer me regarding what average and minimum speed i can expect from this connection, as i understand if i have a 128 kbps connection the speed for downloading files should be in the 14-16 kbps speed range at least, i never see those kinds of speeds, the average speed ranges around 70-90 kbps for browsing and... read full review »
