We leased an Escalade from Allen Cadillac in Laguna Niguel, CA in June. Because we purchased upgrades, we had to take the vehicle back in to install the new rims and grille. First, they promised our vehicle would be ready by 2pm and I wasnt picking it up until 5:30pm! When we received our vehicle, we noticed they created a door ding (or chip) on the passenger side door AND they put in a fulty stem valve which caused a flat tire on our car!
