Since the last few months airtel has been charging me for a service(Hello tunes) for which I have never subscribed in the first place. On being questioned by me the Airtel customer service supervisor replied " You were informed about the subscription of this service by an sms and there is no way the company will give you a refund". The said SMS was " Hello customer your subscription for hello tunes has been updated, for any issue sms back to this number".
