I have already filed a complaint with you on 7/29/2005. Complaint No. 350MW585179. I have a question. I took out the loan with Bank of America thru Findlay for $15, 560.50 at 7.99% int. I paid it off with my Capital One credit card for 4.99% int. Findlay sent the check for $2, 335.25 to Bank of America. BofA signed it over to me. Findlay still owes me $3, 335.75 for warranties I did not need nor do I want. Should I cash that check? Will Findlay think that I have accepted what they gave me or should I hold off.
