Called Sprint on 07-03-2010 about our phone bill for the period of May 28- June 27 to have our account straightened out because we believe that we are being overcharged. They are saying that we have exceeded our minutes by 357 which we(my wife & I )have never exceeded our minutes, especially not by no 357 minutes in a month.We know how many minutes we have on our plan and make it a point not to exceed those minutes.Upon our attempt to try to get this taken care of we were either hung up on or there was no response at all from any Sprint Reps. read full review »
