Hi, I paid for a tatasky connection on 7th July 2010 and I was assured emphatically that delivery and installation would be completed within 24 hours. Later that day, when I was called by the Vizag office, we fixed an appointment for 9AM on the following day. However, nobody turned up. From 8th July 2010 onwards, I have been making several calls asking them to do the needful at the appointment time since I go to office later.
