Quite easily the WORST on line shopping experience I have ever had. Dreadful customer service - website said shoes were 'in stock', they charged me £6 for 'next day delivery' over a week later I still had no shoes. I made three phonecalls to customer services to chase the shoes, as I needed them for a function the following weekend - each time they said they would call me back to let me know what was happening and they didn't.
