I purchased this power washer (pw1600h-CA) from Home depot last November. I've never used it because that was winter time. I just took it out of the box couple weeks ago and there was no power. I even cannot find the RESET buttom their user guid said. There was no phone number in the user guid and I must use Internet to chat with them online. I have been told that this product only in warrenty 3 months, except the motor (one year). They ask me to send it to them by UPS, which the pre-paid UPS label will send to me by regular mail.
