I was swindled of my money by Churchwood Financial who had told me that they were processing an IVA for me and that everything was going fine.It was after I paid £596.75, on 27th Feb 2010, that I started getting calls from Kingsgate Financial who claimed to be Churchwood Financial's sister company and were going to process my IVA.
