I took pictures in to be developed and the little machine said to come back at 3:30. So I returned at 4:00 and the employee told me they are not ready because the machine broke down. I am fine with that, i am not fine with the fact the employees could not call the customers and inform them that their pictures aren't ready. What is the point of giving our phone number if it is not going to be used? Really bad customer service and after this I'll be taking my pictures to be developed elsewhere. read full review »
