I signed up for a two year subscription after being informed there was over 8000 technicians.The first call was answered professionally but took a long time--over 3 hours. After that it took 5 hours to return my call and I had solved the issue myself. I would definitely NOT recommend iYogi and you can't get a refund if they solve even one problem! read full review »
