I had to cancel a trip that I booked through Globus and also purchased a Travel Protection Plan from Trip Mate through Globus' prodding. I cancelled the trip for medical reasons. When I submitted a claim for refund my claim was denied even though I met all the requirements that they asked on the claim forms they sent me. Trip Mate informed me that Globus will send me a travel voucher instead of cash for rejecting my claim for a cash refund.
