I received a statement indicating that I owed Federal Express over $2, 000.00. The North Shore Agency statement was sent to my place of employment where we use FEDEX all the time; however, we have a group account number to which all our shippers automatically refer to. This account number did not appear on their statement. How North Shore acquired my name directly is a mystery, but I have forwarded this statement on to our Legal Department. Jean D.
