There is nothing Quick about Quicken loans. Read the reviews before you do business with this company. Two months into the loans process, after numerous statements of you are Apporved for the Loan (without Condition) and sending in hundreds of documents, four hundred dollars for an appraisal of the property I finally got fed up and said "No" to doing business with this ethically bankrupt company.
