I called Pat at 1-877-213-8238 and asked her to cancel and send me an email confirmation, but when it didn't come, I insisted she re-send teh email and give me teh confirmation of cancellation. She did give me the number, but said she didn't know why it didn't send, she did not send or resend the email. I asked her for her extantion and all she gave me was her agent#37453. All I can say is that this had better be cancelled. read full review »
