I bought a USHA celing Fan from Futurebazaar.com on 02.06.2010 vide order no 5000880445. According to Futurebazaar gurantee, they will deliver the product within 7 working days, and if it gets late, then they will send a GV of 50% of the product value or Rs. 500, whichever is less, within 15 days of the receipt of the product. However, although I received the product on 16.06.2010, which is more than the 7-day delivery window, they have still not sent me the GV. I have sent them number of mails, but they did not respond. I called them at least thrice over the last 2 weeks, but they do not get back, despite promising to be so. read full review »
