i had a commercial shipment which need to sent to our counterpart company in germany. for the same i had booked the fedex since they have their inbound account number with fedex. it was booked on 12th july 2010 at 2'35pm and i have been adviced with a pick up details for next day and the reference nu was 1 for 13 july 2010. till evening 10.00 pm the shipment was not picked. i was in continuous follow up with their cust care team and more than 15 times i have called by stating same incidents. they were misleading me with lot of fall... read full review »
