I'm really nervous after reading some of the complaints of other customers. I (like many of the complaints I've read ) am having very similar problems. I called Assurant Solution June 24th, they told me to call Video Tech in Rancho Cucamonga (which were totally unprofessional), I called the repair place, they told they would come out on Monday June 28th from 12-5 THEY NEVER showed up, I then called them all afternoon and no answer.
