Had purchased a mattress using a Big Lots credit card a few months ago. Very disappointed to find that Big Lots is among one of the creditors that charge a whopping $30 if you are even one day late on your payment, which in my case was more than my monthly payment. This weekend, being Friday, Saturday and Sunday, I was called that was identified as "unavailable" no less than TWENTY times, and no message of any kind was left. I don't answer gutless calls.
